A Fresh Start
I don’t know about you, but 2013 was a roller coaster for me…
I learned a ton of lessons and learned a lot more about my strengths and weaknesses.
What I love most about the New Year is that it feels like I have a fresh start to do something extraordinary!
It’s been a profound lesson to learn year after year how so many scary decisions or smallest of steps have changed my world for the better.
I’ve ended relationships and partnerships that didn’t serve me.
I’ve nurtured relationships and potential new partnerships that will make my life and business that much grander!!
My dream of a financial future supported by passive income so that I can do anything I want whenever I want is directly in my sites and I intend to make this year the biggest game changer of them all.
Through all the challenges, 2013 set me up to have one of the most amazing years of my life and I can’t tell you how excited I am to see this year blossom before my very eyes!!

We are opening up our 2014-Basecamp Classes where we teach real estate investors how to buy and sell properties with no money down and how to build enough passive income that you can retire in 3 years or less.
Dodd-Frank is changing the game and it comes into effect in 7 days.
If you haven’t taken the time to learn how those new regulations are going to affect your business, you’re setting yourself up for possible lawsuits or jail time.
In every one of our programs, we have a national real estate attorney who keeps you up to date on the laws and how to comply with them.
As of January 1st, because of the major liability that comes with Dodd-Frank, our partner attorney will only close deals for his partners and students who are trained in full compliance going forward.
We have a near 100% success rate coaching our students to deals and as I’ve said before, I challenge you to find another coach who can say the same.
