About Mark Torok
Mark Torok is a principal of the Torok Law Firm P.C., founded to represent real estate investors for real estate, asset protection, securities and estate planning. Guiding investors through the world of real estate investing with classes and training products covering the legal side of real estate investments is the driving purpose of Torok Law Education.
Mark has had a varied and extensive legal career of almost 30 years, including stints as an administrative law judge in Oregon and Pennsylvania, representing a national insurance trade association for legislative and regulatory affairs for 6 states, where he was instrumental in the design and passage of major legislation, and as an officer and counsel to three major insurance companies. He has closed over 900 transactions and represents some of the largest investors in Texas, as well as several hard money lenders.
Mark is an active real estate investor and currently owns over 700 units in and around Texas. He holds active Texas and Pennsylvania admissions to practice law, an active real estate salesperson’s license, an escrow agents license and works with Providence Title to provide superior title services to his clients.
Torok Law is a natural extension of Mark’s legal and investing experience, created exclusively to train real estate investors. Through extensively crafted products and live national seminars, he shares his wealth of real estate knowledge with you.

He is an active speaker throughout the United States and has presented seminars and boot camps and talks on real estate, asset protection and the laws of Texas, including lease options, contract for deed, the Texas S.A.F.E Act, the MARS Act, and the myths and truths about other gurus’ programs.
When he’s not working, Mark likes to fish, hunt and spend time at his house on Oso Bay in Corpus Christi, Texas.
